Locker Rooms, showers & sauna

Locker rental is not included in the membership dues at WestStar. Locker rental is $7.00 per month and can be added to your monthly dues or paid in advance. Each of the men's and women's locker rooms has two showers one of which is wheelchair excessable.  You'll find shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the dispenser on the wall. No need to bring soap in your gym bag.
 
Locker rooms have cubbies to store your car keys, coat, hat and nonvaluables
Relax in the 3 person cedar sauna after a hard workout or stressful day. Just remember to drink lots of water during and after the sauna as you'll loose a lot of hydration through sweat. The saunas have lava rock heaters that release steam and heat when water is sprinled over them. It is recommended to shower after using the sauna to wash away the toxins that are flushed out of your body through sweat.
